Retail migration to content management system (Articulate Rise, Storyline, Vyond, Premiere)

Developed knowledge and education materials for four major clothing brands as part of a change management team. Brands were migrating from more traditional design and publish methods to a headless content management system. If you’re not familiar with a headless CMS, this short video I built for the project explains the general concept:

I researched and developed a training program in Articulate Rise to train designers, producers, managers, and other team members about the new CMS and how it fit into the organization’s new global design system. Entire processes were changing, and now designers could build web content directly for publication on the brand sites with minimal help from programming personnel. The training program also covered procedures for planning, authoring, editing, scheduling, previewing, and publishing content for customers on the brand’s sites.

Content consisted of Rise courses that included Storyline, Vyond, and video elements.
