Distance learning lessons for classroom instructors
After COVID-19, I researched and designed this training for instructors to update their courses to distance learning. This audience had previously not been familiar with designing and administering online courses.
WBT for CBRNE program
I was PM and lead ID on this effort to create an online portion of the WMD-REALITI program, which was a 750 hour classroom/lab accredited training program that focused on the knowledge and skills required to work in fixed and mobile chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive (CBRNE) labs.
WMD first responder terrorism response classroom/lab training
This program was extensively planned and researched. The goal was to create an extensive training program for all first responders in the US. Eventually, this content would migrate partially online and become a formal college degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. It consisted of about 750 hours of classroom and hands-on laboratory work broken up over four levels of expertise.
Recycling computer equipment and other electronics
The National Defense Center for Energy and Environment (NDCEE) developed equipment and processes to demanufacture, separate materials, and create new raw materials from used computer equipment. After they had their processes ironed out I came in as an ID, observed and documented procedures, and created an online training package.
Automated Information Systems Security for Managers WBT
worked as a contract ID on this project, part of a team of three to include a programmer and a graphic artist, working under a PM. My role was to research all the content, design lessons using a PowerPoint storyboard, and work with the programmer and graphic artist to finalize look, feel, and functionality of the 508-compliant, 4-lesson course.
