Customer service training for software engineers
Technical people are good at doing technical things, but may not be intuitive around customer service response. This Storyline 360 training program dealt with different aspects of customer response for engineers troubleshooting large client accounts.
Customer service for airline agents and flight attendants
I was an ID for courses on customer service and FAA safety compliance developed in Storyline 2. Content focused on airline agents and flight attendants interacting with the public as they check in and fly.
Guidance for software development team managers
This training program packaged advice for managers of software development teams in a large software company. As an ID I designed content with stakeholders and developed the training using Intrepid’s MOOC platform tool.
Automobile repair service
This program addressed interacting directly with customers around car repairs. It covered the technical details of diagnosing and troubleshooting car repairs, as well as asking the customer questions and summarizing repairs at checkout.
